this has one rough start back onto my insanity schedule. After getting through the first three days, I ended up getting really sick and haven’t left the house for the last three days. I was taking decongestions and other medicines, which left me coma like on the couch in front of the tv. i still feel moderately crappy today but not nearly as bad as i did over the weekend. i got up and did cardio recovery today, to get myself back in the swing. yes, this is an easier video of mostly stretching, but i needed something to get myself back into the swing and not with a full immersion like one of the other videos would have been. tomorrow i’ll be back on track with pure cardio and will take it from there. hopefully i don’t have to go to the doctor this week and these over the counter meds do the trick. fingers crossed.

Holy Canoli. I’m ill, have been sick for the last four days and I thought I was getting better. Today I felt it a little more in my chest so I’m hoping it is not turning into anything worse, but overall I feel way better than this weekend. Pushed myself through Pure Cardio today and so glad I did. I’m off tomorrow, so I didn’t feel as bad pushing myself through today’s workout when I knew I could recover tomorrow. Regardless, I still feel like i’m about to die.
